Beverly Hills Al Rayyan 2
Al Asmakh Real Estate Development Company is proud to announce the new compound
development of Beverly Hills Al Rayyan 2. The project is currently under
construction and expected to be completed during the spring of 2012.
Al Rayyan 2 will feature a total of 215 luxurious residential villas and
apartments with each unit having access to the underground parking garage. The
71 villas and 144 apartments will be fully furnished, have a high-tech kitchen
and central air-conditioning.
The community clubhouse will be the largest center in all of Qatar and will be
used exclusively by Al Rayyan 2 residents. The clubhouse will feature a tennis
